Identifies all alternatives to resolve the problems and challenges. Dominick, will carefully select alternatives and/or solutions. Gladstone develops an orderly implementation of a systemic plan and carefully monitors the execution of the plan. Finally, Dominick examines the results and pivots the plan as needed.

By hiring a consultant, clients have access to deeper levels of expertise than would be financially feasible for them to retain in-house on a full time basis. However, consultants are often put on retainer to continue implementation, execute updates, and measurement, over an extended period of time, providing high value on a part time basis.
